First, let’s say I love the script for the title – looks like something right out of a 50’s horror movie.
Ok, the premise is that an American family inherits a farm in Norway. of course, they aren’t told that their uncle died because the barn elf killed him.
How to describe this movie? How about this – take a bit of Home Alone (gnome alone?) and mix it with Gremlins, then have Hallmark make it a horror movie. If that doesn’t get you clicking to go watch it, there’s something wrong with you. It’s a fun movie with enough corny campiness to keep me entertained for 90 minutes.
I do like the elf costumes and makeup.
