This is not the typical horror movie we watch at Horror Lasagna. But because its a Frankenstein movie and is told as a sequel to the book, it falls under horror. It’s not scary or horrific – it’s more of a blockbuster action flick. That doesn’t mean it’s bad, just doesn’t make it rank high on the horror movie scale.
The special effects aren’t bad. The gargoyles look pretty cool and the demons getting killed is a cool effect. The story is ok. This is the kind of movie you throw on just to veg for a couple hours.
